Billet suspension Linkage Assembly. 1983 CR250, CR480

Suspension linkages take a real hammering. After 30 yrs of hard use they are now very prone to breaking, At best that's a bent shock and an early drive home, at worst it's a ride in an ambulance and stay in hospital!  

Our complete linkage assemblies are designed and machined here in house, from lumps of 7075-T6, and 6082-T6 alloy. The links are hard anodized in our signature "Magnesium-Bronze", and the knuckles are bright anodized clear/silver for a durable finished. 

We designed these 83 assemblies to take proper bearings and seal! No more worn out and sloppy bushes and collars!! They also feature updated geometry, as per the "mythical" Simons Link, and is supplied with new collars and instructions for the new link pivot point.

They are supplied, complete with the bearing set fitted (not pictured) and all our knuckles feature an up-rated CRF250/450 needle roller lower shock bearing.

Super trick, and strong, they are the ultimate upgrade for these EVO Hondas!

They look pretty bad-ass as well!!
